We received a no fault van accident claim, and here’s the story.
Timber lorry reversed into my parked vehicle, damaging the tailgate, tailgate glass and rear light cluster.

After receiving the no fault van claim, we arranged a like-for-like hire vehicle, to keep our client on the road whilst his van was recovered and brought to our specialist car body shop for inspection and repair.
After inspection of the damage caused by the no fault accident a new tail gate, rear glass and new light cluster were fitted. This camper was restored to her former road-tripping glory.
On completion of the repairs, the camper was delivered back to our client’s home address. All whilst ensuring our client’s insurance premiums and no claims bonus were not affected.
